Initiate Your Request
Log into your Narwal account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the robot vacuum, base station, and all original accessories back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement device will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
